Such event or ride shall include all related activities including but not limited to cycling, being conveyed both to and from the event, accommodation, meals, opening and closing ceremonies and any other function or activity I furthermore indemnify and hold harmless the Outriders Cycling Club NPO against any and all claims, demands, actions or proceedings of whatsoever cause or nature which may be made or instituted by any third party who may suffer any damages, including but not limited to loss of support, consequential loss or any other loss related directly or indirectly to the event, arising from any cause whatsoever (including but not limited to any act of commission or omission and/or from the negligence on the part of the Outriders Cycling Club NPO). The provisions of this waiver and indemnity shall be likewise binding upon my heirs, executors or administrators as the case may be. Should any of the terms and conditions of this indemnity be held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable such terms and conditions shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If any term or condition held to be invalid is capable of amendment to render it valid, I agree to negotiate an amendment with the Outriders Cycling Club NPO to remove the invalidity.
